Big milestone at FlipSide Thrift!

Andrew just completed his very first employee interview, sitting down with Elda to learn more about her role as Manager at Flipside. This is part of Andrew’s new job as he interviews team members and shares highlights from around the store.

Hi everyone! I’m Andrew from FlipSide Thrift in Rohnert Park, and I’m excited to start sharing more about what happens behind the scenes at our store. As part of my new role, I’ll be creating social media posts that highlight the amazing people and great items that make our store special.

One of the things I’m most excited about is interviewing participants from the Sonoma Day Program who work in our production area. These interviews will give them a chance to share their experiences, talk about the skills they’re learning, and tell us what they enjoy most about working with the team.

I’ll also be featuring some of the great finds that come through the store like unique furniture, vintage pieces, and other treasures.

Stay tuned for interviews, store highlights, and some awesome thrift finds!
