Lakeside Dance Company has some fun activities for the kiddos before the busy school season hits.

Three end-of-summer classes are coming up:

Dance Fusion (ages 7-12) - Tuesday, August 25, 6:00-8:00 PM. Jazz, hip-hop, musical theater, and more.
Dino Dance Camp (ages 3-6) - Wednesday, August 26, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM. A prehistoric adventure full of movement, music, and games.
Back to Basics (ages 13+) - Thursday, August 27, 6:00-7:00 PM. No experience required, just an introductory ballet class for teens.

Classes are $25 each.

Rogers City Farmers Market - Growing Roots in Downtown Rogers City is still going strong and this week features Green Eagle Grove for story time with PB&J making!

Harborside Bath & Body is supporting the Youth Football & Cheer programs with an event on Friday, August 28th from 6-8pm.

Mark your calendars for next month … Rogers City Community Theatre is holding open auditions for Cinderella on September 8 & 9
Art Walk Friday is September 25th
Hops in the Hole on Saturday, September 26th, and the Manhattan Short Film Festival hits the Rogers Theater September 25-27.

Behind every good farmers market Friday, there are two people making it happen...

This mother and daughter duo, Ashley and Brianne, are the fuel behind the revitalization of the market and the market page. What you see here every week, the vendor lineup, the giveaways, the little touches that make market day feel special, exists because of them.

This Friday you won’t see Brianne at the market. Ashley’s taking her back to college.
We want to wish Brianne the very best this year at NMU. Go Wildcats!

The Rogers City Farmers Market is proud to be a Downtown Rogers City Main Street sponsored event, and it thrives because people like Ashley and Brianne pour themselves into it.

SAVE THE DATE!!!

Summer may be winding down, but downtown isn't slowing down one bit.
Mark your calendars for September 25th & 26th for Fall Art Walk and Hops in the Hole weekend.

Fall Art Walk kicks things off Friday, September 25th from
4-7pm, and Hops in the Hole joins in Saturday, September 26th from 1-5pm.
We'll have live music, food vendors, local artisans, and some really good beer.

Two full days of everything that makes downtown Rogers City worth sticking around for.

We are so, so grateful for every single one of you who showed up this year. Not just Nautical Festival, but all the events that have happened so far this year.

To everyone who gave time this year: Thank You. Genuinely.
You are the heart of this community, and we don't take that for granted.

Downtown Rogers City turned into a hunt for treasure on Friday, and it did not disappoint!

EIGHT crews hit the streets chasing clues, and the first team crossed the finish line in under an hour... amazing pace!
Big congrats to HOT FLASHES for coming out on top.

The energy for this event was AWESOME!  We're already looking forward to bringing this back throughout the year.

Thank you to every team who showed up ready to run, and we can't wait to see you next time.
