Cheers to our Belize Bar! 🍫✨🎉

We are celebrating our 70% Dark Chocolate Organic Belize Bar being selected as a 2026 Good Food Award winner!

With bright, fruity notes, our beans are ethically sourced directly from farming partners at Maya Mountain in Belize who cultivate their cacao with respect for both the land and their communities.

We process the beans in our Rockland facility using the traditional bean-to-bar methods of roasting, winnowing, grinding and refining in small batches to preserve the unique flavor characteristics that make our Belizean cacao so special.

A huge congratulations to the other Maine Good Food Award winners this year, too!
