Until further notice, we will not be repairing computers (Desktops & Laptop incl. PCs and Macs).

Due to the extremely busy tax season, we want to avoid any more repair delays,

so we will focus only on quick repairs such as iPhones (15-30 minutes) Android phones (30min-1hr) , iPad (1hr-2hrs), tablet screens (1hr-3hrs), battery (15min-1hr), charging port repairs (1hr-3hr), etc., and some laptop screen repairs (30min-1hr).

As previously posted, we will be closing the shop for about a month or longer starting in a few weeks (due to health recovery reasons)

Until then,

we will only accept the following repairs:

1. iPhone / Android phone screen repairs
2. Other same-day pickup jobs that can be completed within 30 minutes to 1 hour

We will NOT be accepting:

1. Any repair that cannot be finished the same day
2. Any repair that takes longer than 1 hour
3. Any repair that requires ordering parts
4. Any repair that requires extensive diagnostics, etc. (e.g. computers that don't turn on or freezing)

Additional Information:
No drop-offs accepted after 3:00 PM (our closing time) (even if you are willing to pay extra. we will not accept drop offs)

If you already have a device dropped off with us:
→ If you do not want your device to remain in the shop for more than 1 month, please pick it up as soon as possible.

For same-day (typically under 30 minutes on slower days or about 1 hour on busy days) iPhone repairs WITHOUT a rush charge, please drop off your device as EARLY as possible.

If you drop off near 3PM (or 2PM on Saturdays) or later, same-day pickup may NOT be available without incurring a rush fee and/or after-hours charge, or you may need to pick up the following day. (Depending on the workload on a given day.

Please note that we're almost always busier than usual on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays especially in the afternoons

We are extremely busy, so please understand that we may not be able to answer your calls during busy days/times.

Basic information such as our store hours and location are available on Google Maps, and holiday hours are also updated on Google Maps, so please take note.

We DO NOT repair any game consoles, HDMI, smart watches, TVs at the moment.
We only work on phones, tablets and computers.

Also 30 minutes repairs are for only for certain repairs such as iphone screen/batteries repacement. All other repairs will have repair times vary depending on the device and type.

Our store has been located solely at 438 E. Broad Ave (across from Food Lion and Citi Trends) since 2004, and we have not moved, opened another location, or have plans to relocate in the past 20 years. We offer same-day service (15 minutes to 1 hour) for most iPhone, Samsung, and Motorola smartphone models. Please do not confuse us with other businesses. Additionally, unlike most franchise repair shops, your device will be repaired directly by a technician with 20+ years of PC repair and 15+ years of mobile phone repair experience. We have thousands of parts in stock for various models, and we repair an average of 10+ devices per day.

Now we offer screen repair for the iPhone 15 series, iPad 10th Gen, Samsung S23 Ultra/S24 Ultra/A15 in addition to existing models.

For iPhones, we have both premium OLED and budget-friendly LCD screen options. We also have genuine OLED screen available for most iPhone models and Samsung Galaxy S-series and A-series.

We have iPhone, Samsung, Motorola and other parts in stock for same-day repair (typical repair turnaround time: 30 to 45 minutes for iPhones/Samsung A Series, 1 hour for Samsung S-Series/Moto. 2 to 3 Hours for iPads. Repair time for other models varies.).

We have been offering iPhone 11 and XR screen replacements for $79 (incl. LCD, digitizer, screen and labor) since June 2023.

We have been in the mobile device repair business longer than most other repair providers. We have been doing iPhone repairs since 2009.

All of our iPhone screen replacement services come with a free lifetime warranty.
If you find a better warranty policy or price elsewhere, let us know and we will match it and take an additional 10% off that price.

We've had a lot of people confuse us with other places lately, so we wanted to let you know.

438. E. Broad Ave, Rockingham, NC 28379 (Across from Food Lion/CitiTrends/Freedom Fitness)
is our only location since 2004.

We have never moved and never had any other locations for the past 20 years.

We can fix iPhone 5 series through the newest iPhone 14 series, most repair parts (screens, batteries, charging ports, etc) are in stock for iPhones.

Due to the recent drop in iPhone parts prices, we've lowered our iPhone repair prices. Our iPhone 11 and 12 series screen replacement prices are now about 30% lower than this time last year.

Prices are always subject to change, so please call or message us for exact pricing.

Lifetime warranty is included for iPhone screen repairs.
One year warranty is included for battery replacements.

We have iPad screens (5th gen through 10th gen) and android (Samsung A-series / Moto / LG /etc) screens in stock.

Repair will take 20-45minutes for most phones, and 2-3 hours for iPads/tablets

We also do laptop screen replacement and PC upgrades and malware removals/cleaning.

We are open 9:30AM-6PM on weekdays 10AM-2PM on Saturdays.
