This is what "ready to build" looks like around here. 🏗️

Racks on racks of aluminum extrusion, multiple profiles, all stocked and waiting for the next order. When a customer needs frames fast, we're not starting from zero. The material is already here.

It's not the flashiest thing we post, but honestly? This is the backbone of everything we do. You can't move fast if you're waiting on material. 💪

Anyone else find a well-stocked rack oddly satisfying? Just us? 😄

Fresh off the floor and still wearing its protective film. You know the build is new when it looks like this. 🤌

Full polycarbonate guarding on this robotic cell. Aluminum frame, clean panel work, hinged access wherever operators need it. Built to keep people safe and still give full visibility into the cell.

We build cells like this all the time and honestly, this stage right before shipping never gets old. Everything is crisp and untouched. 🔧

Three custom enclosures, one client, zero identical units. That's a normal Tuesday around here. 🔧

Each one of these has a different cutout layout, different panel config, different access points. But they all had to come together as a set and ship on time.

This is the kind of build our team gets fired up about. Complex, custom, and built for someone who needs it done right.

This one's a personal favorite around the shop. Black powder coat, smooth panel faces, clean hardware. Nothing fancy, just really well done.

Sometimes the builds we're proudest of are the ones where everything just... works. No clutter, no fuss.
