When home chef Cooper sent us these sausage and cheese rolls seasoned with our 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙡 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, we knew we had to share!

How to Make Traditional Irish Brown Bread ☘️

There’s something deeply comforting about a warm slice of Irish Brown Bread—nutty, hearty, and beautifully rustic. Whether enjoyed with a bowl of soup, a slice of sharp cheddar, or simply slathered with butter and a drizzle of honey, this bread is a staple worth mastering. (P.S. We have local honey at Niblack Foods!) 🍯

So, how do you make it? A little mise en place goes a long way! Gather your ingredients:
✔️ Whole wheat flour
✔️ White flour
✔️ Rolled oats
✔️ Baking soda & baking powder
✔️ Salt
✔️ Buttermilk powder (a pantry essential—just mix ¼ cup powder with 1 cup water for fresh buttermilk anytime!)
