Life is funny sometimes… and sometimes it hurts in ways we don’t understand. 💔

Yesterday, on the 19th, I lost a dear friend—someone only 59 years old who meant so much to me. The 19th is already a difficult date in my life, and now it carries another loss.

And then today, life reminds me that even in the middle of heartbreak, there is still so much to celebrate. Today is my son’s birthday, and I’m reminded that life keeps moving forward, bringing both endings and new beginnings, sorrow and joy, sometimes all within a day of each other.

I’m going to hold the sadness for my friend in my heart while also celebrating the incredible gift of my son’s life today.

That’s the strange thing about life… it doesn’t stop for our grief. It keeps giving us reasons to cry, reasons to smile, and reasons to keep going. ❤️

Happy birthday to my son. And to my beautiful friend, may you rest peacefully. You will be missed more than words can say. Bingo will not be the same without her and I will cherish our last day hitting the slots together!

Just finished working a 14 hour day. Back at it by 7am to OPEN at 10:00am. We have the best selection of clothing we’ve ever had, new with tags!!!!
