🌱 HELP US SAVE THE GREENHOUSE! 🌱
After years of helping us grow beautiful things at George’s Flowers, our commercial greenhouse is looking for a new home, and we’d much rather see it growing something new than becoming scrap metal.
We are offering our Nexus institutional-grade commercial greenhouse for sale through a sealed-bid process.

🌿 60' long × 24' wide
🌿 1,440 square feet
🌿 10' under-gutter height
🌿 8mm double-wall polycarbonate
🌿 Automatic shade cloth
🌿 Wadsworth heating & cooling controls
🌿 Natural gas heaters
🌿 New fans & automatic shutters
🌿 Redundant fans and heaters
🌿 20 lb. snow load / 90 mph wind load

And here's the BIG part:
Approximately $30,000 was invested in refurbishing the greenhouse in 2024, including new roof panels and mechanical components. Original plan sheets are also available.

The winning bidder will be responsible for disassembly and removal from our property at 1953 Franklin Road in Roanoke, Virginia.
