I've been asked before about advice for going to conventions, so here's a quick list for everyone.

1. Wash yourself, and wear deodorant! Very important!
2. Wear comfortable, appropriate clothing. There's a lot of standing and walking, your body will thank you after.
3. Stay hydrated! Especially during the hot months!
4. Cash is king! Some vendors, creators, and celebrities don't take card. Be prepared because ATMs usually empty fast.
5. Don't be a jerk! The quickest way to mess with anyone's experience is to be rude for no reason. We are all here to have a good time, act like you want to!
