Dear Loyal Customers,

We here at Positive-Efx are sad to inform you that we will be closing permanently on Sunday May 21st 2023 at 5:00 PM. The reasoning behind this is due to legislation signed by Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin last month that made 90% of products we sell illegal starting July 1st 2023. With this legislation, we are not able to maintain product support to fulfill our customers needs, and we do not have the availability to rebrand for the second time. This is very difficult news to deliver to all of you who have shown unwavering support throughout the years and we can not thank you enough. Everyone here at Positive-Efx has been so fortunate to have served all of you for seven years, and we hope that we have left a lifting impact on all of you as you all did for us. To everyone who has been our regulars from the very beginning in 2016, the customers who supported us during the pandemic to keep our doors open, and the customers we recently just gained; thank you for allowing us to serve all your needs. We will be running 50% off all products (unless already priced down) until May 21st 2023 at 5:00 PM, so make sure to come by before then while supplies last to grab your desired products. The store hours may vary as well, but we intend to stay open during our listed business hours to the best of our abilities. The result?
If this bill is passed, 95% of the alternative products, like what we sell, on the market will be taken off the shelves, resulting in major small business closures.
