So, FB keeps saying that a big increase of people are visiting this page recently. And to that I say... AWESOME and sorry. I mean, I can’t imagine showing up to this page hoping to see something to be let down to find the last thing Posted was a really long time ago. So, while I revamp the page and start creating better content for you all, here is what I am going to do: I love music! Just like everything else in life, my music taste may be different than your music taste. But, it’s safe to say most people really like music. So to that I ask what are your top 3 to 5 songs you can’t stop listening to? And why? Here are mine:

I always said I would fill the shoes of some day. Ps you can’t tell but there is a lot of shoe to fill. Thanks to for having on your show today and huge thanks to for taking time to chat with and myself and putting out the ultimate yoga happy vibes, Looking forward to doing some yoga with the sharks in October. Also thems are some comfy shoes my friend, even if they were 6sizes to big for my hobbit feet. 🤘😀😅
