A good old-fashioned record store like you used to walk into back in the ’70s and early ’80s. Featuring a combination of new and used albums; honoring the music from radios stations including: WLIR, WEHM & WBAB. A place that reminds us what it is like to go into a store, hold a record in your hands, and have a connection to the music. You walk in with an idea of what you are looking for and walk out with music that stretches your imagination.

Happy Sunday! I added stacks of records to the crates this week - including brand new music by All Them Witches (a psychedelic-doom influenced band from Nashville) and Paul McCartney (you already know who he is!) For balance, I added a stack of esoteric EDM (Electronic Dance Music) along with a healthy amount of Slayer. And, I intend to open a copy of the brand new Black Keys record - Peaches - because I just need to hear it. Sunday Records field trip! Last night, my nephew and I saw at on Bleecker Street in NYC. While we were in the neighborhood, we paid a visit to Daniel at Stranded Records on 5th Street. Next time you are on a record-hunt in lower Manhattan, I highly recommend And, if you like rock with a serious groove and a hard punch, I highly recommend the new COC record, which is currently available at Sunday Records.

Sunday Records field trip! Last night, my nephew and I saw Corrosion Of Conformity at (le) poisson rouge on Bleecker Street in NYC. While we were in the neighborhood, we paid a visit to Daniel at Stranded Records on 5th Street. Next time you are on a record-hunt in lower Manhattan, I highly recommend Stranded. And, if you like rock with a serious groove and a hard punch, I highly recommend the new COC record, which is currently available at Sunday Records.
