GUIDELINES
After you read the rules, please initial in the comments, so I know everyone is on the same page. Each rule will apply the same to every customer. This is my job and how I support my family, so I have to keep business separate from friendships.
Rules:
1. Please do not post on the page regarding questions over orders, buys, meeting, etc... If you have a question about a buy, please comment under that buy. If you have a question regarding something else, please send me a private message.
2. I will go by the following standards for replying to questions, comments, and private messages:
- I have 24-48 hours to reply to messages, comments, and questions.
- I do not have to respond to anything after 10 pm.
- If you do not have a response from me after 48 hours, please send me another message.
- Do not post questions about buys under unrelated posts.
3. Most businesses like mine, as well as online stores require you to pay shipping and do not allow local pickup. All customers are urged to pickup their orders if possible.
- Ship your orders through USPS. I will charge shipping depending on the weight of the package. I am allowed a 7 business day window to ship orders after they arrive.
4. Customers will have 7 days from the day the order arrives to either pickup or pay for shipping. In most cases, you have around 2 weeks before the items arrive and if you ordered an item, you should prepare yourself for payment. ALL ORDERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THE 7 DAY WINDOW, WILL BE SOLD IN EITHER A LIVE OR FLASH SALE. ITEMS ARE NOT YOURS UNTIL THEY ARE PAID FOR AND IN YOUR POSSESSION.
5. PAYMENT- I accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash
- Venmo
- PayPal- Friends and family for locals.
- PayPal invoicing for shipped orders.
- Check (If pre-approved by myself)
**I will not take post dated checks and there will be a $50 returned check fee on all returned checks. If you write me a cold check, do not ask to pay by check again.**
6. All buys are open for different amounts of time. Once a buy is marked, "ORDERED" or "CLOSED," there will be no more orders taken for that particular item.
7. When buying through wholesale, sometimes sizes and quantities become unavailable. This is not something I like, but sometimes it happens. I can't help it.
8. RETURN POLICY- I will only allow returns based on defective merchandise. You choose your size when ordering, then I order it. If an item is broke or has holes or any other defect, I will try to find a solution. DO NOT TRY TO RETURN CLOTHING THAT HAS BEEN WORN. I do not accept any return for any circumstance from a home with people who smoke in it. I expect the merchandise to be returned in the same condition you received it.
9. Unpaid invoices will result in strikes. 3 strikes and you’re out
10. How to order: Simply comment under the buy your size/color (if available) and email for invoicing
11. REFUNDS
- I AM ALLOWED A 10-14 BUSINESS DAY WINDOW TO PROCESS REFUNDS.
- REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN IF MERCHANDISE IS DEFECTIVE OR IF ITEMS SELL OUT OR BECOME UNAVAILABLE.
- REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN ON ORDERS THAT TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED. WHEN YOU ORDER, KNOW THAT IF AN ORDER TAKES 2 WEEKS LONGER THAN EXPECTED, YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO GET STORE CREDIT. THE CREDIT CAN BE USED ONLINE.
11. My updates come from the wholesaler. Most orders do not take long at all, but when placing a large order it takes a little longer.
