Ready to ship (RTS) items are premade and ready to ship once payment has been made and cleared. Production and shipping times vary for custom orders. Please contact me prior to ordering or take note of item description for production and shipping times. Holidays may have longer production and shipping times. Be sure to order well in advance to ensure your items arrive in time. Payment is required within 24 hours of invoicing. All ready to ship items ship within 2-3 business days or sooner. All orders requiring shipping will ship via USPS parcel post unless otherwise requested. Expedited shipping will be an additional cost. All shipping comes with tracking. Once your items have been received by the post office we are no longer responsible for your items. Insurance is always recommended for all orders. Return and exchange policy -
Due to the nature of the products we do not offer an exchange or return of items with the exception of manufacture defects. If your item fails, contact us within 7 days or receiving your items. After 7 days we no longer honor returns or exchanges for manufacture defects. Custom orders -
GirlzStylin will proudly work with you to create the perfect bow or accessory. You will receive a final picture prior to shipment for approval. Once you have approved the final products, changes cannot be made. All custom work requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit before work begins. Final payment is required prior to shipment. Final payment is required within 24 hours or invoicing. Personalized customs require full payment prior to beginning work and is required within 24 hours of invoicing. We ship throughout the US and US military addresses. At this time we do not offer international shipping (with exception to APO/FPO military addresses)
