Crisp autumn air and grounding moments will make a fall that feels like slowing down rather than racing to the end of the year!

We loved our spring Pilates event with Wright's Market so much that we immediately started planning something for fall!

Nicole will be leading a grounding flow to get us rooted, and Wrights has a fun plant experience to follow—as we say, we need to touch some grass every now and then, right ;)

Crush Nutrition & Energy will help us refresh with a yummy treat served right at the event!

This project was a special one for Heather and Ike! They recently had the honor of refreshing the landscaping at Mizpah Church, the very church Ike grew up attending.

There’s something extra meaningful about getting to care for a place that has been part of your life for so many years. We’re so thankful for the opportunity to help keep this beautiful church looking its best for years to come. ⛪️🤍
