Yall are so awesome! We started yesterday with 35lbs of honey available and sold out almost immediately. To those who helped make that happen, in a variety of ways, THANK YOU!
Keep an eye out for updates, we are hopeful to have more available later this year!

So excited to be able to offer honey from Smart Apiary this summer! This is the only honey I use in the kitchen, for everything from baking bread to putting in a cup of hot tea, to grabbing a big ol spoonful just because. VERY limited supply available, (yall, I need some too!) So message today to grab yours! Pint and Pint-and-a-half jars are available at this time.

So thankful that I am able to have the absolute best honey in my pantry! What are your favorite uses?
I use honey instead of white sugar in my sourdough bread, and am working on a honey cookie recipe, but my very favorite way to use it is put a great big spoonful in a mug of hot tea.
The best part about this honey? It comes from my yard! Uncle J has been beekeeping for a few years now and keeps our kitchen well stocked with beautiful, sweet honey.
