Strong partnerships don’t happen by accident—they’re built over time.

Over the past few weeks, we had the privilege of hosting our longtime partners at Eagle Construction, a relationship that spans more than 30 years. Together, teams from Purchasing, Design, Warranty, Field Operations, and Blacksburg came together for Flooring Town Hall discussions focused on understanding the “why” behind what we do.

A special highlight was having Ralph join the panel, sharing decades of industry knowledge and insight. He was definitely the celebrity guest of the day!

These conversations strengthened our partnership, deepened understanding on both sides, and ultimately help us serve our customers better.

Here he is helping one of our sales team members work through options for a customer. As our Sales Manager, Carlos is constantly sharing his knowledge, supporting the team, and making sure our employees and customers have what they need to succeed.

Leadership isn’t always found in meetings or titles. Sometimes it’s found leaning over a sample board, helping someone find the right answer.
