First time I’ve ever seen a copy of this in person! This is a very rare, 1905 hardcover book called “Results in Taxidermy.” This book features photos of the work of Frank Blake Webster from 1867-1905. Frank was an influential ornithological publisher, taxidermist and natural history dealer in the late 19th century, operating out of Hyde Park, Massachusetts. His headquarters was known as “Frank Blake Webster’s Museum & Natural History Supply Depot.” What we love about this book is the variety of specimens including many species that are now protected such as the bald eagle, many hawk & eagle species, marine mammals etc.

Some 250 million years ago during the Triassic Period, the Keichousaurus roamed the oceans. These marine reptile fossils are mostly found near China where it once lived in the Tethys Sea. These dinosaurs were known for their long neck & tail, although they only grew to be about 6-12inches in length!

I’ve been watching the progress on these and I’m so excited to see them finally finished! Black sheep taxidermy/skull display. Pictures don’t do justice to how cool these are. This is a real mounted (not mummified) sheep’s head with its actual skull on the other side. And the best part is that there’s two of them for either side of your mantel 😎

We’ve got crabs ☹️ ELBOW CRABS 🙂

We just finished framing up these awesome elbow crabs! Look at those arms - the Harlequin Beetle of the sea! They are experts of camouflage, with shells resembling rocks, sand and ocean debris.

Only 4 available and we will not be getting any others, this was a random find! $99/ea - no shipping as these are very fragile.
