The Mr of the business is in store helping out today so I’m putting him to work 😂 These are the books he would recommend from some popular genres and his reason as to why. 📚

Keep in mind he is very much the muscles of the business and not much else but he gives it a good try 😅

Forgery- “It’s probably about passing fake checks, which could be interesting”

Rush the Edge- “it’s about to be football season”

Water Moon- “I think that’s about water being on the moon”

The Buffalo Hunter Hunter- “the buffalo looked cool. Plus it has sprayed edges”

The Unknown- “I liked the tree, and it’s red”

We’re so excited to announce that we’ll be welcoming back Author Claire Mackenzie as a stop on her release tour for the second book in her Indy Hockey Series, Interference! 🥅🏒

Join Claire in store on Saturday August 29th from 1pm–3pm to grab a copy of Interference and have it signed! ✍🏻📚

🚨 STORE CLOSED TODAY AUGUST 13TH 🚨

Due to the Level 3 Travel Advisory, I’ve made the decision to keep the store closed today.

My heart goes out to everyone in our area experiencing loss or damage from these devastating floods. I know many people are facing incredibly difficult circumstances right now, and my thoughts are with each of you. ❤️

I’m hopeful that things will improve and I’ll be able to get back to normal hours tomorrow. 🤞🏼

Thank you for understanding and, as always, for supporting my small business. 📚❤️

Due to the weather conditions and flooding throughout the area, I’ve made the decision to close the store today, August 12th, for the safety of myself and my customers.

Please stay home if you can, and stay safe if you have to get out. ❤️
