Hello all friends, associates, and customers of Dominion Shooting Range!
We are disheartened to have to share that as of April 15, 2026, after 25 years of serving the Chesterfield/Richmond area, DSR will be going out of business.
This is not a decision that comes easy to us, nor one that we wanted to make at all.
The ice storm that affected our area in late January of this year unfortunately caused catastrophic roof damage to our facility.
We have tried to stick it out functioning only as a store, doing transfers and retail sales, but unfortunately, it simply is not enough.
We have been working on liquidating our retail selection for about the past month and a half, and will continue to do so until we close our doors for good.
All retail items, with exception to f!rearms, will be discounted by 25% until it's gone.
After inventory has been attended to, we will be selling off all furniture and equipment as well.
As an aside, we are not closing due to something as trivial as politics or negative reviews, but simply due to situations beyond our control.
We have loved serving any and everybody that has come through our business these last 25 years, including regulars, first-timers, tourists from other states and countries, or just people that wanted to come in to see what we're all about.
In addition, if by any measure someone is interested in buying the business and fixing the building (which unfortunately will not be cheap), please reach out.

March 2026! Spring is not far away! Concealed Classes for the month of March will be: Saturday, March 14th, 2026 or Saturday, March 28th, 2026. Note: We will be unable to do the shooting portion of the class. This month's classes will be classroom only. You will still qualify and be able to apply for your Concealed Handgun permit afterwards! Note2: Pending range repairs, we will be unable to hold the Concealed Class after this month.
