It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally ready to share a peek into the buildout process and progress of our restaurant! It's been full of ups and many downs, but also amazing to watch our vision take shape. Our design is rooted in natural, warm elements featuring terracotta, travertine, quartzite, red oak, natural textured walls and exposed conduit. We wanted to create a cozy space that makes you feel like we feel at one of our favorite spots in New York, Lilia; like you're visiting a place you already love. We're so excited to welcome you to Oro soon. Thank you for being part of this journey with us. We couldn't have done it without your support!

Hey y’all, we’ve been closed all week and will continue to be through this current boil advisory. Additionally, given the 3-5 inches of snow forecasted for Richmond, St. Stephen’s Market is closed tomorrow and we’re not able to make it out to Ix in Charlottesville. 😣

This whole week has made a tremendous impact on us, particularly as this is our slow season and we’re undergoing a build out. Obviously we’re not alone in this. Please keep small businesses in mind as you’re planning your next night out or grocery needs, etc.

Come hang out with us next week at market and from 9-noon! We’ll be back at it and very happy to see you. ☺️
