In the last days of January, more than 50 Richfield city staff members took part in an optional two-day equity workshop. They explored topics like implicit bias and microaggressions, reviewed key survey findings from an internal staff survey and worked in small groups to set equity goals for the city.

Now, Equity Coordinator Brittany Bartlett is teaming up with our consultant and city leadership to turn those goals into action!

We're hoping all you lovely folks are staying cool in this heatwave. Our air conditioning went out this week, but luckily it's back on so we're much cooler now. Thank you to all the clients who've come back during our 3rd, 4th, and 5th weeks we've been reopened, and a very special thank you for your patience as we've negotiated our AC adventures.
