KWA M9 PTP that came into the shop with a chamber and lock up problem. Diagnosis - Broken loading nozzle nub that is unable to load BB in chamber and sticks on loading ramp.

The Fix:
1) Disassembled, inspected and cleaned all parts.
2) Polished feed ramp and slide rails for improved reliability and feel.
4) Polished inside new nozzle for better air seal and function.
5) Replaced loading nozzle with the new polished KWA OEM nozzle.
6) Sanded and repainted outer barrel (from previous botched paint job).
7) Repainted white dot sights.
6) Greased and lubed all necessary parts.

Now it runs like a top and looks much better. Happy Hunting.

Just got some new 9.6v Tenergy NiMH batteries and chargers into the shop that will be added to some budget friendly starter packages. Converting most batteries over from mini Tamiya to Dean's connectors.

A budget 40mm new from the manufacturer that dumps half the BBs if inverted 🤦... This was caused by week cut marks and large burs left over from the machining process. After some work it holds on tight to the BBs and shoots absolutely flawlessly.

The Fix:
1) Removed the retention o-ring.
2) Filed each opening allowing for the o-ring to protrude into each barrel further. Secures the BBs much better.
3) Used a Dremel and a rubber polish bit to remove the burs and edges from each barrel. This gives a consistent velocity and grouping without snagging the BBs.
