🛑You’ve probably been told the WRONG thing about fl**ge sizing…

Most sizing advice out there? Flat-out misleading.
Adding +3mm or +5mm to your ni**le measurement is not evidence-based and can lead to pain, clogged ducts, and low output.

Let’s clear it up:

1️⃣ Measure the TIP of your ni**le (not the base!) before pumping or nursing
2️⃣ Trial three sizes: your exact measurement, one size down, and one size up
3️⃣ The goal? A gliding motion, no pain, minimal ar**la in the tunnel, and full emptying in under 25 minutes

Lactation is one of the only bodily functions for which modern medicine has almost no training, protocol, or knowledge of. When parents are trying their hardest to feed their babies they are hit with:
Try harder
Formula exists for a reason
They are almost never told perhaps there is an underlying cause to the difficulty you are having.

STOP throwing out perfectly safe breastmilk!

I have spoken to SO many parents that all thought they had to toss milk after 2 hours at room temp, after 4 days in the fridge, and 6months in the freezer was all they got. WRONG!

Breastmilk is much more resilient than formula or cows milk, thank goodness! It is heart shattering to have to toss it.

No more tossing milk that’s freshly pumped OR unfinished bottles!

This applies to BREASTMILK ONLY. If there are any other contents in the storage container, these rules do not apply
