Tomorrow’s wonderful Wednesday meal is a delicious stuffed chicken breast with fresh mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes baked in a white wine, garlic sauce topped with fried mushrooms served over a bed of tender egg noodles and accompanied with a side of cream, spinach, au gratin plus there’s a little extra there a sausage stuff baked mushroom

Just wanted to say thank you from I Love Busias Pierogi to all of you for adding me to your Easter table. It was wonderful seeing old familiar faces and meeting new ones. Thank you for your continued support in my little humble Pierogi shop over here in Redford. Your business means more to me than you will know, but most of all it’s the friendship established here that mean the most.

Want something new and fun for dinner? How about a Trio Stuffed Cabbage Plate. This delicious combination is served up with a traditional cabbage roll with a rich tomato sauce, then there is another one served up with a silky mushroom sauce, and lastly, don’t knock it till you try it…a vegetarian Stuffed Cabbage with onions and mushrooms and rice, topped with yummy caramelized onions, and served up with whipped mashed potatoes and steamed green beans

Well… This happened the other day❣️ OMG I am so honored…
I’m not quite sure how all this happened, but I am so grateful and humbled. It’s just crazy to me but it sure did make my day❣️
So with this coming about, I think it’s a perfect opportunity once again to thank all of you my wonderful, beautiful Pierogi people that support me and my little humble Pierogi place over here in Redford. Without each and every one of you I would not be where I am so from the bottom of my heart… Thank you thank you thank you ❣️
Secret… This path that I am on at this point in my journey was never anything I thought I would be doing I fully believe that the Lord put you where you’re supposed to be and I know I am truly been blessed by his grace to be where I’m at. God is so good to me and I am so blessed by his grace and mercy.
