On 01/24/2025, Florwer Carlin Lizano, Jr, was arrested in Portsmouth, Virginia. A Crimestoppers tip forwarded to Portsmouth Virginia Crimestoppers led to the arrest. Lizano will now be extradited back to NC reference to Murder. On 9/13/2024, Burlie Dawson Locklear, a 18yoa employee of Waffle House, Laurinburg, NC was shot and killed while working.
