Praise God! My loan has officially been reinstated and the foreclosure stopped. Please praise our wonderful God Who is faithful, good, and hears and answers when we call on the name of Jesus. I encourage you to praise His holy name out loud right now or as soon as you can and speak praises of Him to others. “…shout unto God with the voice of triumph“ Psalm 47:1.

Thank you for the part many of you played with prayers and support. I told the lady at Foreclosure Specialists about this miracle, and she marveled at how God used the community to rally around us.

Since the majority of funds to stop my foreclosure came through loans, I am still raising funds to pay them back plus fight legal battles. If I can successfully defend a sham lawsuit against me and my business, I can sell another commercial property to not only pay debts and make the mortgage payments on this historic property we just saved but also provide for my family, give to other charities, and develop this building into something even more amazing for God's glory.

About $7500 more is urgently needed to stop my foreclosure. Some friends agreed to loan me the rest on the condition that I will continue this fundraiser to raise more funds to pay them back. The person who is foreclosing is considering letting me pay now, even though I missed the deadline. I am blessed by all the love and support from my friends and the community at my fundraiser yesterday and Elmore Pharmacy, Bee Healthy, and Modern Music for donating to my auction. Since I have not yet reached my goal, I am extending the auction through Friday, August 16 at Give It Flair Furniture and Gifts at 406 Walnut St, Red Bluff, CA. Please pray for a miracle. God is good!
