Starting out our "going out of business" this week. All instruments on sale at 30% off of MAPP, with accessories at MAPP. WE have about 200 instruments on sale. We will drop another 10% in November. If there is anything left In December the discount drops 5% more. Our Hours by appointment. Fire marshal advised us to have no more than five people in at a time. No children and no pets. No trades. We expect a lot of people, so get an appointment 779-4466. If you use a card, 3% is added to purchase price, Cash is preferred, and Tennessee has a 9.25 % sales tax. WE can park about ten cars, but the Region Bank next door will allow some parking.

As many of you know I'm closing my music store, due to Parkinson disease. I'm selling two store buildings too at 3411 and 3413 Dayton Blvd in Red Bank. I had a tenant in one of the houses who is a hoarder. \

He finally moved out, moving multiple loads of stuff. Now, I,m looking for someone to take all that he left behind at 3413 Daton Blvd. It's all free. I just walked through, and it's full of clothes, books'

People ask if we are "selling or closing the Folk Music Store"?
We are marketing it right now, with six interested parties. getting financials now. We have about 500 instruments in stock, most of which are string instruments.
Some want to buy the business, with or without one of the two buildings, with of without the parking lot.
Some want to pick and choose through the inventory.
We don't have a completed inventory of instruments and accessories,
