We sold all of our available harvestable Christmas Trees during our first weekend. Please note that we are closed for the 2025 season (regardless of what our predicted regular hours). Typically, we are open for three weekends. Due to the high demand and 2022-23 hail damage, we do not have the number of trees we wish we had. Please do support our Christmas Tree growers in Lancaster County and wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!

Thank you to everyone that came out to get a Christmas tree at WGTF this past weekend - it was quite the winter wonderland!

We are so thankful to all of our customers (both new and old!) for their support and business - which has grown significantly over the past few years. The weather was cold and snowy, at times the lines were long, and we very much appreciated everyone's patience. We know that the opening day rush (i.e. Black Friday) can be trying. However, seeing so many people happy and excited about their tree(s) means more to us than you know. We are grateful beyond words.

We are now CLOSED for the 2025 season due to a shortage of harvestable trees - from record tree sales and 2022-2023 storm damage.

REMINDER:
Walnut Grove Tree Farm hours of operation are 10am - 5pm. We respectfully ask that guests do not arrive before we are open as our workers are arriving, prepping, and setting up for the day prior to opening at 10am.

New Changes for 2025:

Walnut Grove Tree Farm is a small, family operation. With the continued growth in customer traffic to our farm (thank you!), our guests have been experiencing increased time delays during busy/peak hours. With the goal of reducing these delays, we will no longer be securing trees to customer vehicles – during busy/peak times. We will continue to offer to shake, bale, and haul customer trees to their vehicles during these periods of high activity – but will no longer tie them on.

Opening weekend was a huge success! Thank you to all of our customers. We will be open on Saturday, December 7, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, however we have a very small number of trees that are 6′ or taller. We do still have wreaths, center pieces and porch pots.
