Closing out the month of June is always so bittersweet… it feels like the summer hasn’t started yet but it’s also already over.

I took the last week off of work to relax, reflect, and mostly just chill (which is insanely hard for me to do because my nervous system simply won’t allow it) and while it was an anxious week for me, there were many moments of peace, calm, and satisfaction.
