After much thought, I’ve made the decision to sell my home — and with it, the place many of you know as *Pause Lavender Farm*.

This special property sits on 30 private acres just minutes from Rapid River and the Bays de Noc. It’s been a place of peace, creativity, and connection — with established lavender plantings, gardens, wooded trails, and abundant wildlife that make it feel like a true retreat.

The 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home (built in 2002) has been well cared for, with many major updates in recent years including a new well pump, boiler, appliances, and more. There’s also a heated, insulated garage and a rustic outbuilding with its own access — full of potential as a future shop, studio, or gathering space.

While this chapter is coming to a close for me, I know this property has so much more to offer its next owner — whether as a full-time home, second getaway, or small hobby farm.
