5 years. One shop. Thousands of vacuums. Countless relationships.
Five years ago, I took a leap and opened Rapid City Vacuum with a simple goal: provide quality products, honest advice, and service people can count on.
Today, I’m proud to say that goal hasn’t changed—because it’s working. And it’s all thanks to you.
Here’s what I’ve learned along the way:

This business isn’t about vacuums—it’s about the relationships, trust, and conversations that come with them.

Cutting corners doesn’t last. Quality service and honest work are what keep customers coming back (and referring their friends).

A clean machine. A helpful answer. A follow-up call. They might be small, but they make a big difference.
