The Red Light Friday Flash Sales are happening Friday. When you see and hear our red light flash and announcements made, follow to where they are set up. That specific department will hold a 10 minute 50% off sale, with no limit on how many items you purchase. Sometimes it may even be good on no coupon items...they will advise you during the sale. Make sure to get that staff person to mark your item otherwise you won’t get the discount when you come to the register

The Ramona Food & Clothes Closet would like to thank our San Diego County Supervisor Joel Anderson for a grant to purchase new equipment, including this freezer to be able to have our food more easily accessible to hand out. Our last freezer stopped working and volunteers were having to make the trek out to the very back for many weeks, all day long, to have food available to hand out in the service office. We appreciate Supervisor Anderson so very much for his assistance in feeding our community!

Our beautiful new cooler at the Ramona Food & Clothes Closet is now stocked and ready again! Many thanks to an awesome supporter of our organization Gail Voorhes, who saw a need and reached out to her contacts in the community and got an anonymous donor to give us a monetary donation to replace the broken cooler.

We love our community and the support they give us. Gail is the English as a Second Language teacher for Palomar College at Ramona High School for the free evening English classes. She's always looking for new students to practice their English at these free classes that have been serving the community of Ramona for over 40 years. She can be reached at 760-271-7630

A huge thank you to Joel Nuñez, Store Manager at Stater Bros. Ramona for their $1000 donation in support of the Ramona Food and Clothes Closet. We were super excited to get a call from Joel saying he wanted to honor a worthwhile organization in our town and after polling his staff, our name came up by all!

Stater Bros. and the RFCC have had an on-going partnership for many years. When they looked for an organization that they felt was making a positive impact in the local community, they chose well. RFCC’s mission is to provide emergency food, clothing, disaster relief, charitable grants, scholarships, and community service work opportunities.
