My quilting goals for 2023 were to finish some UFO projects and organize my scrap stash to use in new quilt projects. I was able to complete two postage stamp quilts, a paper-pieced log cabin quilt, my first ever crumb quilt, a donation quilt for QOVF, a wallhanging for my sewing room, a napping quillow (quilt+pillow) for a nephew, and a Christmas quilt for my grand-daughter that matches her dad's. I feel like I accomplished a lot for 2023, and I still have several more projects already in progress for completion in 2024!!!

"Perfectly Imperfect" is what I call it. This is my first ever crumb quilt and finished with straight-line quilting. I made it in an attempt to bust through my stash of scraps. It didn't even make a dent. LOL

When all you WANT to do is quilt, but you're too tired from being ill for the past three weeks... you dig out the cross-stitch you started 30 years ago!!!

UFO... ✅️ Done! I got this pattern for Christmas a couple years ago from my daughter, and I finally got it done! Pieced, quilted and hanging in my quilt studio! I just LOVE it! ❤️

It's a "Quillow"! Quilt + pillow = Quillow! I was late getting a baby quilt done in time for my nephew (who recently turned 1), but the Quillow pattern from ShabbyFabrics.com will be perfect for naptime throughout his toddler years.

Just finished a couple more quilts for the Quilts of Valor Foundation. I did piecing, quilting and binding to donate a quilt myself, then did longarm quilting for another volunteer piecer. Proud to do volunteer quilting.

Just finished longarm quilting a matching pair of these eagle carpenter's star quilts for the Quilts of Valor Foundation. Next stop binding, then piecer requested they get presented together to a couple who have served. Proud to do volunteer quilting.
