Our in house remanufactured S54 Vanos Solenoid pack is better than new. All OEM packs have a manufacturing defect that causes them to fail prematurely, even new ones to this day. We have a fantastic time tested remanufacturing process.

Rebuild Process:
(1) Chemical cleaning
(2) Wash cleaning
(3) Cut top off of pack
(4) Remove all debris and internal cleaning
(5) Drill out locator stud and place screw (to strengthen main connector pins)
(6) Desolder all solder joints
(7) Solder all solder joints (leaded solder)
(8) Inject special purpose epoxy into pin cavity
(9) Seal top with special purpose epoxy sealant
(10) Test function with OEM BMW bench tester
