More than 200 team members from our Waxdale manufacturing facility in Racine, Wisconsin came together for this year's Production Power Up—a dedicated learning and development experience focused on strengthening leadership, building connections and growing capabilities across our manufacturing teams.

From communication and leadership development to building capabilities in operational tools, networking opportunities and team-building activities, the event created space for our people to learn from one another, strengthen relationships and continue building their skills.

Last month, teams across our U.S. locations enjoyed an afternoon of connection at Sunshine Social events filled with summer fun. ☀️

SCJ people stepped away from their work to celebrate the season with one another through games, raffles, giveaways, and refreshing treats.

We’re proud to make time for our team members to connect, celebrate the year and recognize the people who make SCJ a great place to work.

One year ago today, The World Health Organization recognized spatial repellents—including SC Johnson Guardian™ and Mosquito Shield™—as a new vector control category. As one of the first new malaria prevention tools endorsed in more than 25 years, it’s a critical step forward in efforts to protect families from preventable diseases.

These easy‑to‑use, low‑cost, long‑lasting solutions have been shown to reduce disease risk by one-third for up to one year when used properly.

This milestone reflects more than a decade of commitment and dedication by SCJ teams and partners. Now, we’re working to expand access to these innovative tools and put protection into the hands of those who need it most.

SC Johnson’s Research Tower, designed by renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright in the mid-20th century, was the incubator where innovative brands such as Raid, Glade, Pledge and OFF! were born. But the building’s legacy wasn’t made entirely of those moments of scientific breakthrough. It was also established through thousands of everyday interactions between the people who worked there, as they made small talk in the elevator, bounced new ideas off each other while waiting for test results and shared the experience of working in such a unique structure.

Through 84 SC Johnson community health clinics, more than 3 million people each year across Rwanda, Tanzania, South Sudan and Indonesia now have care closer to home, reducing the walk to treatment from three hours to just 30 minutes.

With the addition of two new mobile clinics in Tanzania in 2025, we can now bring care closer to communities who need it most.
