Murray's Authentic Sauce Murray's Authentic Sauce, LLC Chris' grandfather started developing this wonderful sauce in the early 1990's. Stem went home to be with the Lord in 2001.

Stem started making this sauce in his "BBQ Shack" beside his home and would bring around his newest creations to family members to try. He would add a little here and there to his recipe until he had a version that all enjoyed. Stem enjoyed making the spicy version into his "triple # # #" just to watch peoples reactions. Our version of the spicy has his original recipe with just the right amount of

heat to sweetness ratio. This recipe was handed down to Chris' father, Buck, which handed it down to Chris and I. We have continued to develop this sauce to what it is today. We hope you enjoy this tasty sauce as much as our family does. Remember: It's not just for BBQ!

Got the smoke rolling and the pit loaded early this morning…brisket and pork butts went on at 5:15 AM getting ready for the “I Do BBQ” celebrating Mallory & Jacob this evening at Porum Landing!!!!

Got everything on before the rain set in, now just sitting back watching smoke roll and rain fall. Should be getting close to wrapping meat by the time the weather moves out.

Nothing better than wood smoke, good food, family, and celebrating two people starting a new chapter together.

Going to be an awesome day of celebrating!!! 🔥🍖❤️

We want to thank everyone who came out today…it was a beautiful day, and we give all the glory to the Lord!

It meant a lot getting to see so many familiar faces and visit with folks we haven’t seen in a while. Being able to serve our community some great BBQ, share some laughs, and spend time together is what it’s all about.

We truly hope we satisfied some appetites and gave y’all something to enjoy!
