Hi everyone. With the month two thirds of the way over, now seems like the time to announce that I'm closing my business after the holidays. Around the end of the month I will be pulling my products from stores.

My reason for this is I have been struggling with back problems that have made it impossible for me to meet my own deadlines. I have had chronic issues for years but over the past year specifically it has become worse. After weighing my options, I decided it's better to focus on my health for a while instead of growing the business.

My website has been down since late summer but my items are still at 4 Good Vibes in Burlington, Ma until after Christmas. Unfortunately I can't rush make sold out items or customs right now. Whatever is in the store is what's there. If you don't buy from me, be sure to check out the other small businesses in the shop.

This was intended to be a peppermint colored lantern but it came out looking like a circus tent. Either way, as a fantasy fan I'm happy with it. When it's lit, it has the whimsical yet magical appearance I often go for.

Since last year I've had a few wintry lantern ideas in mind. This was one of them. If you've ever seen pictures of the lit up ice at ice hotels, you know my inspiration.

The notice on the lantern base said that it's safe to place candles inside. I put fairy lights instead because this lantern oddly opens at the bottom. Also my fairy lights give off a bluish glow, which is what I'm going for with this one.

Continuing the trend of Christmas ornaments that can also function as suncatchers, I have these new angel ornaments.
My previous design, as pictured in the measurements shot, is much smaller. I intended it to be not just a tree ornament, but a little charm people could carry at any point of the year if they like angels. The new ornaments are larger so they will be much more noticeable in a tree.

Most years I have a lot of designs in mind that I draw or even cut out the glass for but never make due to time or health limitations.
These stockings were cut a a year ago, but I only now have them finished. The snowflakes and star of David are all hand-painted. I thought adding a design in the middle would be a different touch from the other stocking ornaments on the market.

Happy Halloween everyone! Hope your spooky season is going well. Oddly tomorrow I'm spending my day stocking Christmas ornaments. Not what I initially planned but at least I get to pick up more Halloween stuff while doing inventory.

To kick off my Christmas stock, I'm bringing in my popular Christmas tree ornaments. This year I'm stocking new colors. I heard from some people that they use my ornaments as suncatchers so I went for glass that would actually look good in sunlight for this batch.

Hi everyone, I just want to mention a few things about my shop.

A few months back, I shut down my website because I can't financially afford it right now. I don't have any online alternative to accept payments. Right now the only place my items are in is 4 Good Vibes at Burlington, MA, which you can contact via their page or Instagram Account for any of my items. They can ship to you or you can pick up at any of their locations.

The second issue I wanted to bring up is I'm not a tech savvy person. I also don't have any social media on my phone for a number of reasons, so I do everything via laptop. If I don't get back to you immediately, I'm either not on my laptop or for some reason I'm not seeing the message on my account.

I wanted to bring this up because recently I've been getting a number of messages where this has happened. One person blocked me because I didn't answer within a day.

I have emphasized this more than once that I have chronic health issues that I regularly visit doctors for. Right now I'm in physical therapy. I physically strain myself doing very ordinary things. I also am very busy this time of year. I seriously celebrate Halloween and I have both holiday and family commitments from November through the New Year. IF YOU ARE NOT PATIENT ENOUGH TO WAIT A DAY FOR A RESPONSE, I DON'T WANT YOU AS A CUSTOMER.

It has to be said because some people seem to expect me to be on social media all the time and working around the clock. I have limitations.

I said that my last drop off would be the last of the fall stuff for this year, but I decided to go with a few more. These are meant to be autumn colored flowers. Unfortunately it wasn't until I was almost done with them did I realize they look a lot like the pokemon Staryu. Take it however you want to view it.

Heads ups - I closed my online shop last month because I can't currently afford to maintain it. My items are still at 4GoodVibes Gift Shop & Boutique in Burlington. They offer shipping and local pick up at their Medford and Kingston locations as well.

I am hoping to reopen the shop, but for now I have my hands tied.

I have so many of these glass gems that I'm regularly looking for things to do with them. This time I found brooch backings in the craft store and went with the inspiration.

For those of you who don't know, black swans represent unexpected, unpredictable events that have profound effects. It may not be totally Halloweenish, but I've found black swans appropriate for the strangeness of this time of year.

I have been brainstorming cardinal designs for a long time. Part of the difficulty is that I usually try to make my bird suncatchers look like they are flying in the window. Most cardinal pictures I've ever seen have them sitting. The other challenge is that I don't have too many options for red and black glass.

I drew this cardinal in kawaii style, though I have a some more realistic cardinals planned for future projects.
