It was an epic win, but not necessarily for Pennsylvania.
State law reads “possessing a firearm silencer is a first-degree misdemeanor in Pennsylvania” with exemptions if the individual complied with the National Fi****ms Act.
So for now, it’s business as usual! We will continue our Form 4 submissions through Silencer Shop. We will keep you updated as we find out more.
We expect inventory to start to dry up as word moves through “free states”. If you are looking to get your hands on something specific, feel free to reach out!
