Hello everyone,
It’s with a heavy heart that we share some unexpected news, Lunar Landing Games will be closing its doors for good at the end of January. 💔
This decision was not made lightly, like many small local businesses we’ve faced challenges that ultimately made it impossible for us to continue. We are incredibly grateful for all of the amazing times we have had with our wonderful community. We have had the chance to meet and collaborate with some amazing people in the area and while the store will be closed, we do intend to keep our discord alive and well. We also look forward to continuing to organize community events through other means such as our local libraries and community spaces. On top of that, if you would still like to buy MTG singles and other TCG related product from us, we will be selling those on TCGPlayer.
What made our LGS special was never just the games... it was you! The weekly meetups, late-night prereleases, painted minis, laughter, and friendships were an amazing thing to be able to cultivate and they will no doubt be what we will cherish for years to come. Watching our community grow and share their love of games has been an honor.
Thank you for supporting us, believing in us, and making our store a welcoming home for gamers of all kinds. We hope you’ll stop by before we close so we can thank you in person and celebrate what we built together.
