As a small business owner, I do my best to respond and answer questions about availability. However, once I am waiting on event details, confirmation, or a deposit from a client, the next step is in the client’s hands.

I would love to follow up with every inquiry, but during busy event seasons I’m often serving clients, creating installations, purchasing supplies, and preparing for booked events. Because of this, I rely on clients to provide the information needed to move forward with their booking.

If I haven’t received the requested details or deposit, I have no way of knowing whether plans have changed, another vendor was selected, or the event is no longer moving forward.

Communication is a two-way street, and a booking can only be finalized when both parties complete their part of the process. Thank you for understanding and supporting small businesses! 🎈💕

Congratulations to Kaden from Pueblo West High School on this huge accomplishment! 🎉 For this celebration, the goal was a rustic, masculine design featuring natural wood tones, soft blue accents, and a touch of western charm. 🤎🩵

This setup included layered Chiara backdrops, custom personalization, pampas accents, and organic balloon garlands to create the perfect photo backdrop for family and friends to celebrate this special milestone.

Yesterday’s graduation setup was all about creating a personalized experience from the moment guests arrived! 🎓🔥

We transformed the entrance with custom oversized graduation banners featuring the graduate’s photos, achievements, and school pride, creating a grand welcome that set the tone for the celebration. We also incorporated a custom easel display accented with coordinating balloon décor for an extra personal touch.

Inside, guests could capture memories at our silver shimmer photo wall, framed with elegant red draping and custom graduation signage- a perfect photo-op backdrop for family and friends throughout the evening. ✨📸

Every detail was designed to celebrate Cordae and his journey, making this graduation party one to remember.

Today I got to mix both of my worlds into one special day! 💙🎈

I had the opportunity to be part of the University Park Care Center’s 50s themed Senior Prom, not only as a hospice nurse, but also as Balloon Bae. It was such a joy to help create a fun and memorable atmosphere for the residents and then step into my nursing role to spend time with some very special people.

Seeing the smiles, laughter, dancing, and excitement reminded me why I love both of the jobs I do. Whether I’m providing care and comfort or creating beautiful event decor, it’s all about bringing a little extra joy to someone’s day.

Thank you to University Park Care Center for allowing me to be part of such a wonderful event. And thank you Sangre De Cristo for sponsoring their balloon decor!! 💕🎶🎈
