RPM Power Equipment wants to clear up some confusion — RPM Power Equipment is NOT permanently closed, even though Google shows we are, I assure you we are not. We are actively working to correct the issue.
While we have downsized, we are still open and operating and are now located in the rear of the building.
🕘 Current Hours:
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM for parts, pickup, and drop-off
📅 Appointments available outside of those hours
Most importantly, the owner of RPM Power Equipment — with over 45 years of hands-on experience — is still working hard every day, and is committed to keeping your power equipment running strong and reliable.

BUYER BEWARE - Unfortunately this is very delayed post but others should know about the poor service from Viking Equipment if they are choosing to use this company to purchase equipment from. We purchased a compressor from this company in 2019; unfortunately it took almost a year for my husband to hook it up and the company was aware of that because they had been to my company and saw it sitting in the middle of my showroom floor. Within one year of hooking it up it developed a crack. They came out and looked at it, saw it was a defect in the unit and not caused by the installation of it and would not cover it under warranty. They requested I provide them with my credit card number so they could charge for shipping me a new tank etc however would never give me a bottom line of what the exact charge would be even though this crack never should have happened. This was clearly a warranty issue and they refused to take care of it. It now has developed another crack so now I'm forced to purchase another compressor. My Craftsmen Compressor lasted over 25 years, this one didn't even make it to five years. TERRIBLE! I wouldn't recommend this company at all they do not stand behind the products they sell.

Thank you to all our customers that have worked with us as we navigate our new setup. We certainly hope to have all the kinks worked out by next year and appreciate your patience during the process. We still offer a wide range of parts and while Rob has been very busy in the service department, we are available by appointment also if the morning hours are not good for you. Sooo Comcast can't seem to get their act together and has had my phones disconnected all day and now possibly all weekend because they can't figure out what they did. How annoyed would you be right now?
