Spent the morning watering plants before the heat rolled in. 🌿☀️
While working on the new planter area, I discovered a little guest had moved in and decided to start nesting in the cardboard. So for now, construction plans are officially postponed by order of the chicken committee. 🥚🐔
I also noticed new sprouts coming up everywhere this morning, and honestly… moments like that make all the hard work worth it.
Sure, it’s a lot of labor carrying buckets, hauling water, feeding animals, gardening, cleaning, building… but I wouldn’t trade this life.
And let’s be honest — hauling water buckets daily definitely counts as weight training. 💪😂
