🎉Congrats to Ashley Pratz on her new E-flat! 🎉

Ashley visited us this past weekend to try our selection of E-flat clarinets from Buffet, including R13s, RC Prestiges, and Toscas!

All of our E-flats, of course, have our full Professional Setup, which can sometimes take up to 10 hours to complete on some instruments.

A before and after of a vintage clarinet restoration we recently performed.

While it may not look very different (since our client opted not to polish), the difference in mechanical feel, action, seal, and reliability is beyond night and day.

We spent over 35 hours on this clarinet, doing things like fabricating parts, soldering, and even swapping a key from a donor clarinet that was completely worn-through. 😬

While we don't normally take on these type of projects because of time limitations, it goes to show the level of work we're capable of. And if this is what we can do to an ancient Buffet, you can be sure the setup-work on your new or refurbished instrument will be stellar!
