Hey everyone, it’s Lauren. Some of you are just beginning to see me in front of the camera, but many of you know me from behind the scenes on Chris’ lives. I wanted to take a moment to share something a little more personal with you.

This year, I’m challenging myself—alongside a dear friend—to read the Bible from beginning to end. It’s something that feels meaningful to me, and I’d love to invite you to walk this journey with us. There’s no pressure, no expectations, and absolutely no judgment—just a supportive space where we can encourage one another along the way.

The Bible we’ve chosen is The Every Day Bible: 365 Readings Through the Whole Bible (ESV – English Standard Version). If you’re new to the ESV, it’s written in clear, modern language that’s easy to understand, making it especially welcoming for beginners. The readings are broken down by day, which makes it simple to follow and track your progress. And if life gets busy and you miss a day, that’s okay—you can always catch up or even read ahead.

If you’d like to join us, feel free to comment below or send me a private message, and we’ll be happy to order a Bible for you. The only cost is the price of the Bible itself—$19 plus tax. If there’s interest, I can also create a Messenger group where we can talk about the daily readings, share reflections, and lift each other up with encouragement.

Even though we’re already a month into 2026, we’re going to do our best to catch up to the current date. Again, no pressure and no judgment—just an opportunity to come together, grow, and allow a little light to shine in a world that often feels overshadowed by darkness.
