Recently read and reviewed.

This is not the type of book I would normally post about, but was recommended by fellow readers I respect, and I am glad I read it. Sadly, it is particularly relevant, considering recent, local news reports, even though it is a story set in the 1930's. Based on real people and events. Some stories just need to told... I thought it was well written and held my interest until the end. (Note: I did think the attraction between two of the characters was gratuitous, see page 116, but a minor distraction.) Happy reading.
