Thank you to everyone who came out to the Bruiser this morning!

We had a few bloody knees, and everyone came in looking like they went for a swim, but at least everyone was all smiles!

Head on over to UltraSign Up for the Bruiser results.

We’ll have race photos up there this upcoming week. Our wonderful photographer, Erik Johnson, was back out on the course today!

And now that three races are in the books, here are the updated Bradbury Mountain Trail Running Series standings!

On the men’s side, the top positions stayed the same after the Bruiser, but there is a serious race developing between 3rd and 4th, they are separated by just 27 seconds in combined time!

On the women’s side, we had some movement! Amy Wells jumped from 4th place into 2nd, but she’s holding onto that spot by only 24 seconds!

We LOVE seeing how close some of these series races are!

Three races down… and now it all comes down to the Half-Pint 25K and Pounder 50K on September 13!

Congratulations to everyone who conquered the Bruiser today, and a HUGE thank you again to all of our volunteers who make these races possible!

The Bruiser is just one week away, and registration closes this Wednesday (8/5)!

But that’s not actually why we’re posting today…

We’re talking about the Bradbury Badass Races on September 13.

A lot of runners look at the Pounder 50K and immediately think, “There’s no way.” But take another look. You have 10 hours to finish, that’s about a 19-minute-per-mile pace, making it far more attainable than most people realize.

Still unconvinced that a 50k is for you? Then how about Half-Pint 25k! That’s half the distance but the same generous cut off with plenty of time to enjoy an incredible day on some of the best singletrack Maine has to offer.

Rocks, roots, hills, amazing volunteers, well-stocked aid stations, and an awesome trail running community are all waiting for you, Register today!
