🌈JOIN ME, FELLOW WITCHES, WARLOCKS, MAKERS OF MAGIC, and HEATHENS!

Come out THIS SATURDAY, June 13 to march in the Poughkeepsie Pride Parade wearing your witch hats, Pagan regalia, witchy and wizard apparel! Whether it's rainbow dresses, black hats, purple puffy shirts, brightly colored capes, gothic robes and cloaks, I want to see you there!

The Witches of The Witchcraft District (aka Poughkeepsie) are widely varied and diverse. This, of course, includes LBGTQ+ Witches which are hugely supported by our remarkable community! And this is the time to especially show off that pride and support!

Line-up for the parade will begin at 11am on Market Street. Our spot usually ends up somewhere in front of the Bardavon. I have to setup my booth, so I can't say I'll be there right at 11, but rest assured, I will be there with Storm wearing witch hats and carrying flags! If YOU also have a Witchcraft District flag, BRING IT!!

THEN, be sure to stop by my booth at the festival in Waryas Park at the waterfront as I will be featuring all sorts of pride worthy items such as the Pride Mystery Bags I'm putting together extra special for this event!!

THANK YOU ALL who came out Sunday to join us for a wonderful and magical Witch Community event here in The Witchcraft District!

It started with a beautiful, moving, and meditative Water Ceremony conducted by Rhianna from Dreaming Goddess . After, we sauntered a handful of paces into Waryas Park where we barbecued hotdogs, chicken, ribs, and munched a variety of fabulous sides from chips, pasta salads, and baked mac & cheese, to pineapple peach roll cake, drunk rice pudding, and more!

Then, there were the rocks—flat river stones—painted with fun, witchy imagery, and a message on the back encouraging folks who find them to post a pic on social media with appropriate hashtags. It's another way to continue the identity seeding of "The Witchcraft District" as Poughkeepsie's most fitting nickname!

This was FREE to EVERYONE in the greater Witch Community—from Witches, Warlocks, Pagans, and Wiccans, to Rootworkers, Satanists, Occultists, Shadow Seekers, and more! THANK YOU AGAIN TO EVERYONE who came out to support this and be a part of it!!

A Wonderful Witchcraft District Witch Community Event Open to ALL!

Hello, Witches, Warlocks, and Magical People!

Join us for a full day of Community, Creativity, Magic, and Good Company in The Witchcraft District!

This Sunday, June 7th, we’ll begin the day at 11am with Rhianna of The Dreaming Goddess as she conducts her beautiful and beloved Water Ceremony at the Poughkeepsie Boat Launch next to The Governess. All are welcome to attend this meaningful spiritual gathering by the river. Water is Life!

Afterward, we invite Witches, Warlocks, Pagans, Occultists, Shadow Seekers, the Curious, and friends from ALL paths to wander over into Waryas Park for our Witches & Warlocks Stone Painting & BBQ Event beginning at Noon!

Inspired in part by the famous Whidbey Island Rocks, attendees will paint their own witchy and magical stones to later leave throughout Poughkeepsie — AKA The Witchcraft District — for others to discover. Each completed stone will include instructions encouraging people to share their discoveries online using hashtags like and .

This is about more than painting rocks. It’s about creativity, community, conversation, expression, and continuing to evolve the spirit and identity of The Witchcraft District together as a Witch Community.
We’ll have rocks, paint, and brushes available. We’ll also be hosting a laid-back community potluck barbecue! Feel free to bring:
🥗 A dish or munchie to share
🍔 Something for the grill if you’d like
🥤 Your drink of choice
🪑 A chair or blanket if desired

No experience is needed — just good energy and a willingness to create something fun and magical together.
Whether you walk a magical path or are simply curious about the community, you are welcome to join us for an unforgettable afternoon in the park.

*Please Note: Should Mother Nature decide not to play nice and literally rain on our parade, this will be rescheduled. Predictions are constantly changing, so I'm absolutely planning on this... unless it's pouring rain around the 10 o'clock hour on Sunday morning.

Meanwhile, my store is still open regular hours this week, and it's always open online. This is a great time to stock up for the quickly approaching Litha/Summer Solstice — cleansing, manifesting, self-care, and burning away your burdens!

I'm late on posting this: THANK YOU, EVERYONE who came out to the Prosperity Planting class that was hosted in my store!
