Iām here at getting ready for the Brookside Country Club Brookside Country Club Wedding Showcase on Thursday, April 30th from 5 to 8 PMāand I am so excited to be part of it.
I was asked to design two centerpieces for the eventāone for spring and one for fallāand I wanted to give you a little behind-the-scenes look at both.
Letās start with spring⦠because this one just makes you happy.
This arrangement is fresh, fun, and a little funkyāin the best way. I used extra-large cream ranunculus, bright pink and orange ge**er daisies, soft tulips, and gorgeous lilies. I added in pops of yellow ranunculus and lush pink peonies for that full, romantic feel. And then⦠front and center⦠this stunning pink orchid stem. She is the moment.
To finish it off, I mixed in some greenery and silver dollar eucalyptus to keep it airy and natural. Itās playful, itās colorful, and it just screams spring celebration.
Now letās shift into fallā¦
This one is a completely different vibeāmore elegant, a little moodier, but still rich with color.
I used deep red roses, soft pink roses, warm orange and toffee-toned roses to create that layered, autumn palette. Then I added pink lilies and purple ranunculus for depth and texture.
There are also hints of sunflowers for warmth, and I love the way the dusty miller softly drapesāit gives it that romantic, slightly dramatic feel.
This piece feels elevated, timeless, and perfect for a fall wedding or event where you want something a little more sophisticated but still full of life.
I canāt wait for you to see all four seasons come together at the showcaseāanother florist is creating summer and winter, and Iām so excited to see it all come together! Check out Brookside Country Club this week!
