Last night we gathered to explore the energy of the Air element, the force of thought, communication, inspiration, and movement.

Through guided meditation, we connected with the gentle currents of breath and the wisdom carried on the wind, creating space for clarity, creativity, and fresh perspectives.

As part of our workshop, we crafted beautiful feather wands, each one a unique expression of intention and connection to Air. Feathers have long been symbols of freedom, insight, and messages from the spirit, making them the perfect tool for our practice.
